"Jonah York's approach to staging is remarkable. Credit is due for tackling such issues so successfully on stage." Ed-fringe Review

Jonah is currently working on 'Wintry Night' with Timbadash Theatre, a multi-sensory theatre piece for children with autism and additional needs playing at The Gosforth Civic Theatre.

Jonah has won 2 x Children and Young People Awards for his directing work and his work has been nominated for 3 x Offie Finalist awards.

Jonah's credits have included working in both traditional and non-traditional theatre spaces, some productions have even taken place on trampolines! Jonah's work often looks at class, masculinity and play and is deeply routed in community and collaboration.
